lunch link-up, part 2

yesterday, ja stu, caribsun and i met for our second lunch link-up at cafe bleu, a quaint coffee/pastry-shop-and-deli, this time with olivia aka britlocs, from england, who has been holidaying here on the Rock. she's an absolute delight, and we had fun becoming acquainted with her. her locks are two-months-young, but you would never believe it by how dense and mature they look.

the food was as good as the conversation and camaraderie, but you won't be able to tell, because we forgot to take pictures. oops! note to self: take photos before hunger takes over and the chow-down starts. as such, you'll need to use your imagination to envisage the oxtail and plain rice with tossed salad that ja stu and caribsun had, the curried goat and plain rice that britlocs chose, and the vegetable lasagna with garlic bread and tossed salad, dressed with a balsamic vinaigrette that yours truly devoured. how did you do? are you saying, "yum-o!" as we did?

still waters and chinue, you were missed again. next time, yu 'ear?

over time, we hope to have other sisterlocked sistren joining us on our lil adventures, so that we can have a catawampas time together.
